These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Achma Luxe 360. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Services

Achma Luxe 360 provides discreet, professional, and luxury-grade services, including:

  • Chauffeur-driven transport

  • Luxury and supercar hire

  • Executive minibus and coach services

  • Bespoke concierge and lifestyle arrangements

Every service is delivered with the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and operational precision.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed by our team. Confirmation is issued once availability is secured and payment or deposit requirements are satisfied.

We retain the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, including where operational, safety, or security considerations apply.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Depending on the service, full payment or a deposit may be required in advance.

Failure to settle payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the service.

All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

We understand plans may change. Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on vehicle type and service level.

Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in the full booking fee being charged.

Amendments are subject to availability.

5. Service Standards

We operate with strict attention to punctuality, discretion, and service excellence. While every effort is made to ensure timely arrival, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, road closures, or force majeure.

Where necessary, we reserve the right to provide a suitable equivalent or higher-class vehicle.

6. Client Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards:

  • Illegal substances

  • Smoking or vaping inside vehicles (unless authorised)

  • Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services without refund where client conduct compromises safety, legality, or service standards.

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by themselves or their guests.

7. Concierge Services

Our concierge services are delivered directly or through trusted partners. We take every reasonable step to ensure excellence; however, we cannot be held liable for failures beyond our direct control.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

Client confidentiality is fundamental to our business. All client information is handled with strict discretion and in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
