At Achma Luxe 360, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and flexibility while maintaining the operational standards required to provide luxury vehicles and professional chauffeurs. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. Chauffeur Services
More than 24 hours before scheduled service
Full refund or no cancellation fee.
Within 24 hours of scheduled service
Up to 100% of the booking fee may be charged. Refunds are not guaranteed due to vehicle and chauffeur allocation.
No-show
No refunds will be issued if the client fails to attend the booking without prior notice.
2. Luxury and Supercar Hire
Due to the exclusive nature and limited availability of luxury and supercars:

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the hire period may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.

Refund eligibility will depend on the specific vehicle and notice period provided.
3. Minibus and Coach Bookings
More than 72 hours notice
Full refund or rescheduling available.
Within 72 hours
Partial or full charges may apply due to operational and scheduling commitments.
4. Concierge Services
Where concierge services involve securing third-party reservations, tickets, or purchases:

Fees paid may be non-refundable.

Our service fee may remain non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Deposits
Deposits are used to secure vehicles, chauffeurs, and operational scheduling. As such, deposits are generally non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within the permitted notice period or at our discretion.
6. Company-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that [Company Name] must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

A suitable alternative vehicle or rescheduled service
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be completed, depending on your payment provider.
8. Discretion
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests outside these terms may be considered at our sole discretion.
